Privacy policy
The short version: this site collects your details only when you send them to us, we use them to answer you and do the job, and we don't sell them to anyone. The longer version is below.
What we collect
The contact form. If you use the form on the contact page, we receive whatever you type into it — typically your name, phone number, email address and details about your septic system or property. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that passes your message to our email inbox.
Calls and texts. If you call or text (361) 212-2245, we see your phone number, the same as any phone would show it.
Nothing in the background. This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no account system and nothing is stored in your browser.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, give you a price, schedule the work and keep normal business records of jobs we've done. That's it. We do not sell your information, share it with marketers, or add you to mailing lists.
Services this site relies on
A few third parties are involved in making the site work, and each may technically process some of your data:
- Vercel hosts the website. Like any web host, its servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and pages requested) for security and operations.
- Web3Forms transmits contact-form submissions to our email.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which means Google sees the technical details of that request (such as your IP address).
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what it does with technical data.
How long we keep it
Messages and job records are kept for as long as we need them to run the business — for example, to know when your tank was last pumped. If you'd like something deleted, ask.
Your choices

Children
This site is for people who need a septic tank pumped. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page.
