Getting to you
Distance, timing and travel
Victoria and the towns close in are the easiest for us to reach quickly, and that's where a same-day call is most likely to work out. The further out you are, the more it depends on what else is already booked that day — but it's always worth asking.
We'll travel as far as we need to inside those seven counties, which in practice is around 60 to 70 miles from Victoria. On jobs outside a 40-mile radius there's a travel charge, and you'll hear about it when we quote you — not when the invoice turns up.
Rural properties and awkward access
Most of the tanks we pump are on country property with gates, cattle guards, soft ground and long driveways. Tell us what the access looks like when you call — if the truck needs to stay on hard ground and run hose, that's normal and we plan for it.
