Residential septic pumping

This is the bread and butter — the job we do most days of the week. Whether it's routine maintenance you've had on the calendar for three years, or the toilets backed up this morning and you need somebody now, it's the same truck and the same standard of work.

We pump the tank all the way down. That means solids off the bottom, not just the liquid skimmed off the top so the truck can get away quickly. A skimmed tank looks fine for a month and then you're calling somebody again.

Most households need a pump every three to five years, depending on tank size and how many people live there. If you're seeing slow drains, gurgling, smells or soft wet ground over the drain field, don't wait for the calendar to tell you.

Both system types

Aerobic and conventional

Aerobic systems

Spray systems, secondary treatment, drip fields — the type you'll find on most newer builds out in the county. An aerobic system has more than one chamber, and we pump all of them rather than the one with the easiest lid to lift.

Conventional systems

The traditional tank-and-drain-field setup, common on older places. Straightforward work, and the kind of tank where a proper full pump-out makes the biggest difference to how long you go before the next one.

Not sure which you have?

Plenty of people don't, especially on a place they've just bought. If there's an electrical box, an air pump humming away or sprinkler heads in the yard, it's likely aerobic. Tell us what you can see and we'll work it out on the phone.

On aerobic maintenance contracts: Texas requires aerobic systems to be under a maintenance contract with a licensed maintenance provider, who inspects the system on a schedule. That's a different service from pumping and it isn't something we offer — but pumping is, and we're happy to work alongside whoever holds your contract.

Beyond the house

Commercial work

Commercial septic pumping

Shops, offices, rural businesses, rental property and RV setups. Tell us roughly what size tank you're working with and how the access looks, and we'll bring the right truck out.

Property sales and turnovers

Buying or selling a place with a septic system, or turning over a rental? Getting the tank pumped and looked at before the handover saves arguments later.

Being straight with you

What we don't do

We're a pumping outfit. We don't service or repair septic systems, we don't install them, and we don't replace parts.

No repairs or part replacement

If a pump, float, air compressor or spray head has packed up, that's a repair job and you need somebody who does repairs. We'll tell you that on the phone rather than take your money for a wasted trip out.

No installs or new systems

We don't put systems in the ground. If you're building or replacing, you want an installer — pumping comes later, and we'll be here when it does.

Free estimate, real number

Tell us your tank size and your town and you'll get a figure over the phone. That figure is what you pay — nothing gets added to the invoice afterwards.
